Sara Tomenson, RMT, IBCLCSara Tomenson is Massage Therapist who trained at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.
Sara takes a warm, supportive, and individualized approach to treatment. She enjoys helping clients address muscle tension, discomfort, stress, and the physical demands of everyday life while creating a treatment environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. She has a special interest in perinatal and pediatric massage therapy. Having spent more than 16 years working closely with families and young children, Sara has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant care, feeding, and parenthood. She also enjoys working with infants and children to promote relaxation, support healthy digestion, encourage comfortable feeding and latch, and foster healthy growth and development through gentle, evidence-informed care. In addition to her training as an RMT, Sara is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, with advanced training in lactation support. This unique combination of expertise allows her to provide comprehensive care for prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding families. Outside of the clinic, Sara is the proud mom of a 12-year-old daughter and understands firsthand the joys, challenges, and physical demands that come with parenthood. She is also a seasoned triathlete and appreciates the aches, pains, and recovery needs of active individuals and endurance athletes. Sara is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-informed care and is excited to bring her combined background in massage therapy, lactation, family wellness, and athletic recovery to the Perform Well team.
