Adam Johnston, RMT
Adam has his Massage Diploma from Kikkawa College and a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He is continuing his education at present, being half way through a manual osteopathic practitioner program. Since opening Perform Well with his wife, Miranda Tomenson, he has been working hard to establish a foothold in the neighbourhood. The most common issues Adam sees and treats at the clinic are the following: neck and shoulder discomfort, headache pain, lower back pain, numbness/tingling of the hands and arms and/or legs and feet, post-natal, general physical stress and the need for general relaxation.
Adam provides general massage, treatment-based massage, and movement analysis at Perform Well.
