Adam Johnston, RMT |
Adam has his Massage Diploma from Kikkawa College and a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
Since opening Perform Well with his wife, Miranda Tomenson, he has been establishing a foothold in the neighbourhood and continues to do so today. The most common issues Adam sees and treats at the clinic are the following: neck and shoulder discomfort, headache pain, lower back pain, numbness/tingling of the hands and arms and/or legs and feet, post-natal, Covid-related physical stress, and general relaxation. Adam has spent many years in the endurance sports world as both a participant and primarily as a coach. He is adept at working with the athletic population, no matter what their level or sport is. And this includes providing massage services for these individuals. Aside from practicing massage at Perform Well, Adam teaches anatomy at Kikkawa College in Toronto, and is enrolled in the four-year Osteopathy program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. |
