Massage therapy includes the assessment and treatment of soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) and joints to improve function and decrease pain. The benefits of regular massage therapy are multi-faceted and can include reduction of stress, decreased muscle tension in the body, better sleep and an improvement in your overall performance and wellness. 

​Your health care practitioner will design and implement a treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. 

General Massage

General Massage includes mostly Swedish and deep tissue techniques, but can also include fascial release, muscle energy, joint play, passive and active stretching. This is ideal for relaxation, general discomfort, pre and post-natal, specific pain and/or injury prevention.

Got a stubborn ache or pain that just won’t go away? Our new Osteopathy-based “Fix Me” service is designed to get you moving better and feeling better. Unlike traditional massage, Osteopathy focuses on restoring proper movement in the body — because when things move as they should, pain often fades.
